Romania Centralises Minimum Emergency Oil Stocks Under Predictable Financing
Bucharest is preparing the minimum crude and product stock levels for 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, cutting the list of obligated holders from 18 to 14 and phasing the transfer of the obligation to the Central Storage Entity.
