Sanmar Shipyards announced the delivery of a second tugboat to Ultratug, a leading operator in the Americas. The delivery ceremony took place at Sanmar's Altinova Shipyard on August 11, 2026.
The newly delivered tugboat, identified as UT AMAZONAS, is slated for operations in Colombia. This vessel is a sister ship to the UT PATZCUARO, which was also delivered by Sanmar to Ultratug.
The event marks a continued collaboration between Sanmar Shipyards and Ultratug, reinforcing the fleet capabilities of the latter in its operational regions.
