eCap Marine has secured a new contract to provide hydrogen-based energy systems for the maritime industry, according to Hellenic Shipping News. This agreement involves equipping two additional bulk carriers for GMI with integrated hydrogen energy power systems.

The systems, known as eCap H2EPS, are designed to power the bulk carriers using hydrogen. This contract builds upon existing projects between the two companies, further solidifying their partnership.
