Hellenic Shipping News reported that the LR2 tanker market displayed mixed trends during the week. The TC1 75kt route from the Middle East Gulf (MEG) to Japan maintained a steady position, with its index published around the WS565-568 level.
For voyages heading west, the TC20 90kt MEG to UK-Continent index showed a modest increase. This route climbed by $34,300, reaching a total of $9.38 million, as stated by Hellenic Shipping News.
Further west of the Suez Canal, the TC15 80kt route from the Mediterranean to the East also experienced an upward movement. This index added $100,400, bringing its total to $6.17 million, according to the publication.
