Omega Subsea, a company based in Norway, has announced the establishment of a new operational base in Western Norway, according to Offshore Energy. The firm provides remotely operated vehicle (ROV), survey, and subsea services to the offshore industry.

The expansion involves a new agreement with Bergen's Hilleren Navy Supply Park. This location is described as a subsea-focused maritime and defense cluster situated near Haakonsvern.

This strategic move is intended to broaden Omega Subsea's operational capabilities and reach within the Western Norway region. The new base will support its ongoing services to the offshore sector.
