Viridien, a geophysical services company based in France, has launched a new reimaging program in the U.S. Gulf, according to Offshore Energy. This initiative aims to enhance seismic insights within the region.
The program represents an expansion of Viridien's existing Walker Ridge initiative. Its primary objective is to bolster infrastructure-led exploration efforts in the deepwater areas of the U.S. Gulf.
The company, formerly known as CGG, is undertaking this mission to support further exploration activities. The expanded program is expected to contribute to the understanding of the deepwater region's geological structures.
